What a team - when bats are faltering the starters are lights out, when the bullpen struggles the bats pick them up, when the starters are walking around in a boot the bullpen goes to work, and when I need more content after last nights adrenaline rush Craig pens a Saturday newsletter.
Extra credit to Witt for picking up MJ - Witt gave him props in the cleveland postgame then lets MJ make the great dive on the short fly. Loving this team!

You nailed it. I was listening and he and Jake were repeating slowly word by word: LEAD OFF WALKS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE NINTH ARE A RECIPE FOR DISASTER.
When Denny goes into that routine, I like to imagine he's cross-legged & hovering above his seat, reciting it like a mantra. "Lead-off walk...ohhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmm...late innings....ohhhhhhhhmmmmm...close ball game...."
One of the most entertaining baseball games I’ve ever witnessed. It was my first trip to the K this year and what a game. Great description of the game, Craig. It ain’t over till it’s over!
