Glad to have you back! I had been meaning to ask, I thought the Mariners matched up as an excellent trade partner. They needed help at 2B and took a beating in the clubhouse when they traded their closer. I thought a package of Scott Barlow and Whit Merrifield made sense to send to the Mariners. Fill the hole at 2B and show the clubhouse you were just trading for another more controllable closer. Given the Mariners would get 5 years of major league control, I thought we would target their best prospect OF Jared Klenic and get him. What are your thoughts?
